Monica Statile is the Program Manager for Data Security and Privacy for Northeastern Regional Information Center.  As a member of the statewide group RIC One DPSS, Monica has been deeply involved with ED Law 2-d and Part 121 of the regulations since 2015.  Monica started her career at NERIC on the eSchool Data student information team and then progressed to Data Warehouse to serve the 7 BOCES in the NERIC region.  Monica then served as schoolTool manager prior to moving to Data Security and Privacy.  Prior to her tenure at NERIC Monica has served as a resource for school districts in various ED Tech roles. She is the co-host of the DPO Download podcast which talks about cyber security and privacy information for K-12 districts.
