I am the Supervisor of Early Warning Indicators in the Office of Shared Accountability at Buffalo Public Schools, an Adjunct Professor of Sociology at Niagara University, a NYS certified Social Studies Teacher and Administrator. I have worked in the field of human services, youth development, and education for over 20 years as a former nonprofit executive, community educator, curriculum designer, educator, national lecturer, and data analyst. My research and work currently focus on improving data informed decision making, visualizing data within dashboards, improving data practices, and strengthening data privacy in K-12 education.
